• Transaction Data: Billing address and purchase history. (Note: Payment card details are processed by our secure third-party payment gateways and are not stored on our servers).

B. Information Collected Automatically

• Device Data: IP address, browser type, device ID, and operating system.
• Usage Data: Pages visited, time spent on the app, and features used.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected data for the following purposes:

• Service Delivery: To create your account, track your fitness progress, and process orders for products.
• Personalization: To provide tailored workout plans and product recommendations.

6. Account Deletion Process and Retention

If you want to delete your account, you can initiate deletion from inside the app or from our public deletion URL at /account-deletion.

• Deletion Timeline: Account deletion requests are processed with immediate account lock/session revocation, and most personal data is permanently deleted within 30 days.
• Hard Deletion Scope: Profile information, workout and progress records, user preferences, and non-financial account-linked data are deleted wherever legally permissible.
• Retained Data (up to 10 years): Invoices, payment transaction references, GST/tax records, and chargeback/dispute evidence may be retained to satisfy legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, and regulatory obligations.
• Data Minimization for Retained Records: Where possible, retained records are minimized and direct personal fields are removed or anonymized while preserving mandatory legal evidence.
