Cancellation & Refund Policy

At ITHOR TECHNOLOGY LLP ("myakhada"), we strive to provide high-quality fitness tracking and digital programs. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase, as it governs your rights regarding cancellations and refunds.
1. Digital Programs & One-Time Purchases
All one-time purchases, including but not limited to:
- Individual Workout Programs
- Customized Diet Plans
- One-time Training Guides
- Digital E-books/Content
Are non-refundable. Since these are digital products delivered instantly upon purchase, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once access has been granted.
2. Subscription Cancellations
If you have signed up for a recurring subscription plan (Monthly, Quarterly, or Yearly), the following terms apply:
- No Pro-rated Refunds: We do not offer partial or pro-rated refunds for the remaining period of a billing cycle.
- Service Access: Upon cancellation, your subscription will not renew for the next billing cycle. However, you will continue to have full access to the premium features of the Platform until the end of your current paid billing period.
- Manual Cancellation: You are responsible for cancelling your subscription through your account settings or by contacting our support team at hello@myakhada.com at least 24 hours before the next renewal date.
3. Payment Failures & Unauthorized Charges
In the event of a double payment or a technical error where a charge was made but the service was not provisioned, please contact us at hello@myakhada.com with your transaction ID and registered email address. We will investigate and, if verified, process a refund within 7-10 working days.
4. Policy Changes
ITHOR TECHNOLOGY LLP reserves the right to modify this Cancellation & Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be updated on this page and will apply to all purchases made after the "Last Updated" date.
