Account Deletion

1. How to Request Deletion

  • In app (recommended): Go to Profile > Personal Details > Delete Account.
  • Web request URL: this page is the public request URL for app store compliance.

2. What Happens After You Request

  • Your account is marked for deletion and active sessions are revoked.
  • Access to your account is removed as part of the deletion workflow.
  • Most personal and fitness data is permanently deleted within 30 days.

3. Data Deleted (Hard Delete)

  • Profile details (name, bio, social links, phone, profile metadata).
  • Workout history, logs, progress, and most user-generated fitness records.
  • Notifications, app preferences, and related account-linked non-financial records.

4. Data Retained (Up to 10 Years)

We retain strictly limited records where required by applicable law, tax, fraud prevention, dispute handling, and financial audit obligations.

  • Invoices, payment transaction references, GST/tax-relevant entries.
  • Chargeback/dispute and anti-fraud audit evidence.
  • Minimal identity linkage required to validate compliance records.

5. Identity Verification

For your security, we may require confirmation using your authenticated account session or a verification step (email/phone confirmation) before processing deletion.
