MyTracker — Privacy Policy

Effective date: April 13, 2026. This policy applies to the MyTracker mobile application only. For the MyAkhada website and platform, see MyAkhada Privacy Policy.

This Privacy Policy describes how ITHOR TECHNOLOGY LLP ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), a limited liability partnership registered at 10 Old Agarwal Nagar, Indore, 452001, Madhya Pradesh, India, handles information in connection with the MyTracker mobile application (the "App").

Summary

  • Your workout, exercise, schedule, and related data you enter in the App are stored locally on your device. We do not operate sign-in accounts or our own cloud sync service for that data in the App as shipped today—your training log does not leave your phone for us to store on our servers.
  • The App has no social, community, or in-app data-sharing features that send your workout content to other users or to us.
  • Optional reminders use local notifications on your device when you allow them. This version does not use remote push notifications from our servers unless we clearly disclose otherwise in a future update.
  • Purchases (trial / one-time unlock) are processed by Apple or Google per their terms and privacy policies; we do not receive your full payment card details.

1. Data stored on your device

Information you create in the App—such as exercises, sessions, sets, notes, schedules, and progress views—is processed and retained on your device using the App's local storage. Uninstalling the App may erase that data depending on your operating system and backup settings; device backups are controlled by you and your platform (e.g. iCloud or Google backup), not by a separate sync product from us for your workout content.

2. What we do not collect from the App (workout data)

We do not upload your workout log, exercise library, or schedule content to our servers for the core App experience described above. We do not use that content for advertising profiles, resale, or analytics dashboards on our side.

3. Purchases and the app stores

When you buy or restore access, Apple or Google process the transaction. They may provide us limited information needed to validate entitlements (for example transaction or subscription status), as allowed by their APIs. Their use of data is governed by their respective privacy policies.

4. Notifications

If you enable reminders, scheduling and delivery are handled on your device via the platform's local notification system. We do not need to receive the content of those reminders on our servers for them to work.

5. If you contact us

If you email us or use a store contact option and include personal information, we use it only to respond and operate support, subject to law. That is separate from workout data stored inside the App on your device.

6. Legal requirements

We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of users or the public. This is generic and rarely involves on-device workout content because we do not hold that content on our systems.

7. Security

On-device data is protected by your device passcode, biometrics, and operating-system security. You should keep your device software updated and use device security features.

8. Your rights (including India DPDPA)

Because core workout data stays on your device, you can delete or manage it in the App and by managing your device storage and backups. For information you have sent us directly (such as support email), you may request access, correction, or deletion where applicable law allows, by contacting us below.

9. Children

MyTracker is not directed at children under the age required by applicable law for independent consent. If you are a parent and believe your child has contacted us with personal data, reach out and we will take appropriate steps.

10. Changes to this policy

If we change how the App handles data (for example, if a future version introduces optional cloud features), we will update this policy and, where required, provide notice in the App or on this page before or at the time of the change. The effective date at the top will be updated.
